The Honda Express was released in 1977, partly in response to the oil crisis. The tiny two stroke engine was not only incredibly fuel efficient, but the bike itself was designed to be easy to ride and as unintimidating as possible for first timers.
It is now a much loved collectable, with its quirky pump action starting mechanism, somewhere between kick start and a pedal, rather akin to winding up a rubber band.
What we have here is an all original 1979 model in blue. She has been used so is not immaculate, but is in very tidy condition throughout and the engine sounds lovely.
